Blue-Flagged Track Procedures:

Every active track is flagged and secured with derailers before work begins.

Confined Space Protocols:

Tank cars are ventilated using natural and mechanical methods, and atmospheric monitoring is performed every 30 minutes during confined space entry.

Emergency Preparedness:

Each job site has a detailed Emergency Action Plan, and local fire departments are notified in advance of confined space operations.

Certified Training:

All employees are certified in First Aid/CPR, OSHA 10, Confined Space Entry, and Fit-for-Duty assessments. Crew supervisors receive advanced entry rescue training.

Disposal:

Any disposal site option GENRAIL Industrial Solutions deploys will be fully permitted and insured. Sites used are dictated by the Customers HSE requirements, cost/benefit analysis and project location.
